1. Platform Terms of Service
Welcome to BlogPro. By accessing or using our premium digital publishing platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before utilizing our services.
1.1 License & Access
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access BlogPro for personal, professional, or academic growth. Any unauthorized scraping, mirroring, reverse engineering, or redistributing of our core infrastructure or premium resources is strictly prohibited.
1.2 Subscription Plans & Billing
Subscribers to our Premium or Enterprise tiers agree to pay all associated recurring billing fees on time. All active memberships are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly cycle. If you cancel your membership, your access will remain active until the end of the current paid billing sequence.
1.3 System Abuse & Content Guidelines
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy against platform exploitation, script injection, automated request flooding, or harassment within the comment threads. Accounts found violating these rules will be permanently terminated without reimbursement.
2. Writer & Content Contributor Agreement
This agreement establishes the legally binding partnership parameters between yourself (the "Author/Writer") and BlogPro regarding published articles, guides, and tech documentation.
2.1 Intellectual Property Rights
You retain full copyright ownership of any original written works, code blocks, or custom architecture diagrams submitted to the platform. By publishing, you grant BlogPro a perpetual, global, royalty-free license to display, index, distribute, and promote your technical content.
2.2 Monetization & Compensation
Writers who participate in the Partner Program are eligible to receive monthly distributions calculated based on total unique reads, viewer interaction metrics (Helpful, Insightful, and Funny reactions), and member subscription tiers. Disbursals are processed securely via Stripe or direct bank transfer on the 10th of each calendar month.
2.3 Exclusive Release Clauses
To deliver maximum premium value, writers agree that any detailed tutorial marked as "Premium Locked" will not be published elsewhere on public developer portals (such as Medium, dev.to, or private newsletters) for at least 30 days after its platform release.
3. Privacy & GDPR Compliance Policy
Your privacy is our core operational priority. We utilize industry-standard data encryption and strict network access controls to keep all system data protected.
3.1 Personal Information Collected
We log only the parameters required to maintain account integrity: your email address, username, basic profile parameters, payment records (handled entirely through Razorpay/Stripe securely), and standard login metrics.
3.2 GDPR Rights & Self-Service Export
In full compliance with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) standards, users retain absolute control over their information:
- Right to Portability: You can download your entire profile and activity ledger instantly in JSON format from the user dashboard.
- Right to be Forgotten: You can permanently erase your account and clean all associated relational metrics securely.
3.3 Cookies & Service Workers
We implement session cookies exclusively to manage secure authenticated user logs, and PWAs utilize service workers locally to cache resource files for smooth offline technical reading.
